Why I Suck At Marketing ♡

It's 11 AM in Hawaii - a good time to post some morning thoughts that have made themselves very relevant to me in the past 24 hours.


First of all, I am complete trash when it comes to marketing in any aspect. I don't have the patience and I often get drained by all of the human interaction that comes with it. The numbers make my little head dizzy and the constant running around kills my vibes.




On the other hand, I'm great at all of the introverted duties like brand design and desk research (although it does tend to get kind of monotonous after 4 days of working on the same exact project).

In general though, I just hate the business aspect of product building and advertising. I love to write and sing in the shower and draw random doodles on post-its to stamp around an office space or classroom; I love dancing in the middles of the day and making fun of my friends when they fail horribly at something - but it's only ok to laugh if they laugh first. If not, you're just an asshole.

I'm not a very technical person and you know what? That's completely ok. I'm an okay writer with a passion to do something with my life and, honestly, I feel like that's just enough to start with ♡
